Reflexology
Truly health by touch, this treatment addresses the digestive, endocrine, circulation, lymphatic and nervous systems. For preventing illness, encouraging the body to heal itself and relieving a number of ailments, such as muscular tension, back and neck pain, migraines, chronic constipation, allergies, etc.

Lymphatic drainage
Lymph is the body's fluid and makes up almost 60% of its weight. The liquid sustains tissue, drains waste from the cells through the lymph ducts and is part of the organism's defence.
Lymphatic drainage is a specific manual massage technique that allows oedemeta to be reabsorbed, the immune system stimulated, the lymph renewed, blood circulation activated, cellular vitality stimulated and tissue regenerated. (60 to 90 minutes)

Health and sport massage
Traditional and contemporary massages to relax the body. Sport massage for athletes and high-level
sportspeople looking to relax muscles that have undergone serious testing during physical exertion.

Reiki
Originally from Japan, Reiki is about connecting or reconnecting our vital force with the universal energy and aims at awakening a dynamic healing process. This discipline also includes notions of traditional Chinese and Ayurveda medicine.

Californian massage is one of the family of psychocorporal massages. Characterised by long gentle and harmonious movements which sculpt and envelop the body, its goal is a deep relaxation that incorporates the entire being. (60 to 90 minutes)
- Swedish
Classic western technique which concentrates on blood and lymphatic circulation, unknots muscular tension, stimulates and fortifies the whole body. (60 to 90 minutes)
- Shiatsu
The term (shi, finger; atsu, pressing) is Japanese. Shiatsu groups together pressing, rubbing and stretching techniques and is founded on the general principles of eastern medicine: circulation of energy in the 12 meridians. (60 to 90 minutes)
- Thai massage
Through pressure exerted by the thumbs, elbows and feet on the one hand, and by stretching positions and joint manipulations on the other, Thai massage allows the body's balance and dynamic energy to be re-established.
A relaxing massage covering the entirety of the body and lasting at least 90 minutes.
It is of course possible to have a massage in only those areas that are experiencing pain (30 minutes)
- Craniosacral harmonisation
With a very light-touch (four grammes max!), experience a harmonisation session whose goal is to rebalance the sacrocranial rhythm and all the functions that are linked to it, thereby releasing the accumulated tension in the connected tissue, membranes or bone of the sacrum. (60 minutes)
- Face, head and shoulders
Relaxation expressly for those who spend a lot of time in front of a screen or on the telephone. (30 minutes)
